Vertical uniflow steam engine

A vertical uniflow engine, acquired by the last owner for use in a boat project.I don't know if it was built from scratch or converted from something else - it turns over with compression, the inlet valve goes up and down and, from the massive construction, it looks as if it would produce a useful amount of power attached to a suitable boiler.
