5 inch Ride on Railways "Trojan" 0-4-0 battery electric

A Ride on Railways "Trojan" 0-4-0 battery electric - a well-proven, pretty much bullet proof design, variants of which you can see running at virtually every club in the country.

This is the more detailed version, with flycranks and coupling rods. It requires a pair of batteries, chassis is fitted with a pair of 150 watt motors coupled to an iDrive controller. The remote handset allows control of speed and direction, with a "dead man's handle" cutout switch.

Supplied with the standard Trojan bodywork, along with the optional steam outline saddle tank body, fabricated in steel except for chimney and dome. Bodies can be swapped in a few seconds.
