Gauge 1 Aster Union Pacific Challenger 4-6-6-4

A gauge 1 Union Pacific 4-6-6-4 "Challenger", an absolutely magnificent model by Aster Hobbies - we're completely in love with this one!

A single owner engine, the locomotive has come to us as part of a large collection of locomotives, from gauge 1 to 7 1/4 inch gauge.

Factory built, unsteamed and in as-new condition - we don't think the box had been opened since delivery; we have (carefully) slit the factory tape on the tissue wrapping to expose the new engine for the photographs you see opposite before wrapping it up again.

In original manufacturer's packaging with all documentation and tools.
