5 inch gauge raised level braked driving truck

A braked 5 inch gauge driving truck for raised level track. Steel construction, mechanical disc brake acting on one axle. Paintwork horribly grotty - in fact the whole thing doesn't look too special, however appears to be unused. A good going over with Scotchbrite, some paint and a padded seat would a world of difference.
