Stuart Turner 600 gas engine castings

A rare set of castings, mainly unmachined, for a Stuart Turner 600 gas engine - the majority believed to be genuine Stuart castings, with box bed and flywheels known to be copies of original parts.

First produced in the 1930s, the 600 was intended for driving workshop machinery such as lathes - it was rated as producing 3/4hp on gas, 1hp on petrol.

A large, heavy set of castings - delivery for these would be boxed on a pallet.

Complete with drawings.
