3 1/2 inch gauge "Hielan Lassie"

A 3 1/2 inch gauge LNER Pacific to LBSC's three cylinder "Hielan Lassie" design. A well made engine, it appears to have been steamed - perhaps once - and requires some work to complete, including some fittings and pipework.

Standard of machining is to a good standard, platework is neatly formed and fitted. The builder has partly painted the locomotive and tender into Darlington green as the build has progressed, the boiler cladding remains in grey primer.

The chassis requires the return cranks setting, it doesn't currently run on air.

The boiler had a hydraulic test when first built and has club certification for same.

Complete with a set of works plates and pair of prototypical pattern smoke deflectors.
