5 inch gauge part-built LNWR "Precedent" 2-4-0

A 5 inch gauge London North Western "Precedent" 2-4-0 to LBSC's "Mabel" design. In what looks like a long-ago stalled re-boilering project, there is much of a dismantled locomotive complete with a loosely-assembled flanged boiler kit, with a small amount of entirely competent silver soldering completed. No tender, but complete with articles on construction from "Model Engineer" in a ring binder.
