5 inch gauge Maxitrak ''Ruby'' 0-4-0T

A 5 inch gauge Maxitrak "Ruby", basically in running order although with a variety of jobs requiring attention.

The boiler has had a twice working pressure hydraulic test with new certification issued, we would warranty as sound. Clacks and whistle valve leak, they need removing, cleaning and refitting.

The chassis runs on air in both directions - dry when it came to us from lack of use, an oil round has improved its performance.

Missing its pressure gauge and pipe, grate and ashpan, the engine is otherwise complete.
