5 inch gauge ground level driving/passenger trolley

Robustly-constructed ground-level driving/passenger driving trolle running on a pair of high quality cast iron bogies. Ball bearing axle boxes, one bogie fitted with compensated brakes. There appears to have been a handle fitted to the brake shaft in the past, which needs to be replaced.
