5 inch gauge slate wagon

A largely wooden construction slate wagon, typical of the type found all over North Wales. It looks worse than it is - it would look better (not to mention rather more authentic) repainted but runs along freely (and would, no doubt, still transport a small load of slate around). Underneath the grunge, there is quite a lot of authentic detail, particularly the post and bobbin construction of the body and timber buffer beams.
