The engine and pump from a Merryweather "Valiant" B-type steam fire pump. Rated at 100 gallons per minute, 5hp, these are robustly proportioned, powerful engines. Beautifully made, with bronze pump. This one is believed to be unused since acquisition as reconditioned "WD surplus" many years ago.
