5 inch gauge Walschaert's gear 4-4-0

A mystery 5 inch gauge 4-4-0 chassis, rather vintage looking in the proportion and execution of the valve gear and cylinders. It pushes along freely and could be got up and running on air in short order. Missing the front bogie.
