Part-built 2 1/2 inch gauge LNER "Green Arrow"

A well-advanced 2 1/2 inch gauge LNER V2 to LBSC's "Green Arrow" design, first published in "English Mechanics" magazine in 1936 (same year as my car was built as it happens).

Laid out as a "full bells and whistles" three cylinder locomotive like the full-size engine, with Gresley-Holcroft conjugated gear.

Complete with construction manual - a reprint of the original construction articles - along with test certificate for the boiler issued by the 2 1/2 inch gauge association.
