1 1/2 inch scale Allchin traction engine

A venerable example of the 1 1/2 inch scale Allchin, this one came in recently in part exchange for a 4 1/2 inch scale traction engine.

Well made in the first place, the motionwork shows signs of wear, although turns over freely and runs well on air in either direction.

Paintwork is long overdue some attention.
