2 1/2 inch gauge "Austere Ada" 2-8-0

We originally had this one back in 2021 - recently arrived back with us, the photographs opposite were taken in recent days.

A part-built 2 1/2 inch gauge Austerity 2-8-0 to LBSC's "Austere Ada" design - we've had a few of these in over the years, there are pictures in the archive here if you need reminding what the finished engine looks like.

This one has come from a long time customer of ours, a man whose work has featured many times in these pages - an experienced model engineer and boiler maker, work to date is to a good standard.
