2 1/2 inch gauge Pacific "Fayette"

A venerable example of LBSC's 2 1/2 inch gauge Anglo-American Pacific "Fayette", an older engine that appears not to have been steamed in many years.

The engine rolls freely and runs very well on air in either direction.

The combustion chamber boiler has had a twice working pressure hydraulic test at 160psi for 80psi working and is warrantied as sound (the lovely vintage 0-60psi pressure gauge currently fitted indicating that the engine has probably spent its life running at a lower pressure - probably on a scenic rather than passenger-hauling line).
