2 inch scale Pride of Penrhyn

A 2 inch scale "Pride of Penrhyn" steam wagon, originally designed by John Clark of Polly fame, latterly produced in kit form by Winson Engineering.

At a well advanced stage of assembly with additional loose parts including the cab roof, deck and mudguards.

The engine turns over freely although, whilst trying, doesn't run on air - there is leakage past valves and/or pistons.

A large, robustly built model in this scale, they can be made, like this beautifully finished example we sold last year, to run very well.

Complete with original manufacturer's boiler certification.
