A 3 1/2 inch gauge North Eastern 0-8-0 to LBSC's "Netta" design.
The chassis has been built to a good standard, fit and finish of machined parts is good - it turns over freely and runs on air in both directions.
The copper boiler has been assembled with generous quantities of rivets, hard and soft solder - though not so generous that we'd want to test it... Consider it a useful pattern.
Complete with rotating stand.
