We think this is a small Prairie boiler for a "Firefly" - well-made to date, it's got a couple of minor dings in the barrel collected in storage, cosmetic rather than structural, and requires the foundatiuon ring putting in to complete. Work thus far is good, it's from the hand of an experienced builder with three dozen boilers to his credit.
