3 1/2 inch narrow gauge Beyer Peacock 2-4-0 "Fenella"

A 3 1/2 inch narrow gauge Beyer, Peacock 2-4-0 "Fenella" - the original, built in 1894 for the Isle of Man Railway, remains there to this day.

Not too sure if this is a well advanced build or stalled restoration of an older engine. The boiler is missing several fittings although appears to have been fired in the past. The chassis is tight to turn over and needs stripping to investigate - it feels like fit of pistons in bores.
