3 1/2 inch gauge freelance 0-4-0T

A small freelance 0-4-0 tank engine - I think it's the wheel spacing, but it looks for all the world like Ivor the Engine's younger brother. Well-advanced, it' a robustly put together thing with slip eccentric valve gear and a marine type boiler.
