3 1/2 inch gauge hand braked driving trolley

Sprung bogie driving truck with hand brake. Some of the axle box oiler lids have gone awol, other than that it is in pretty reasonable condition (and a sight lighter than a 5 inch trolley, if you have to carry it yourself!).
