In a sorry state, it's afflicted with a snapped regulator which has seized open.

Stiff to turn over, we've run it on compressed air using our airline regulator - it does run in both directions, though with a good deal of clatter from the motionwork.

Boiler is amateur-built and of so-so quality; we've pumped it up as far as 100psi and noted a multiplicity of leaking stays in the firebox which preclude issuing a certificate.
