3 1/2 inch gauge LMS 3F

A nicely made Fowler 3F to LBSC's "Molly" design - we sold this one back in 2009, boiler had a twice pressure hydraulic test at that time and was sound.

A well-advanced 3 ½ inch gauge LMS Jinty to LBSC's “Molly” design. Work to date comprises a largely-complete chassis, fitted with gunmetal cylinders, all valve gear machined and fitted, crosshead pump part-machined and fitted. The brake stand and steam brake cylinder are erected, the brake rigging is made but not yet fitted to the chassis. Boiler is well made in copper, silver-soldered. Most of the platework has been made, including much of the cab and tanks.

Work to date is to a good standard, this would be a straightforward project to finish – it requires time but little extra expenditure to complete, other than some boiler fittings
