3 1/2 inch gauge LMS Black 5 chassis

A well-advanced 3 1/2 inch gauge Black 5 chassis to LBSC's "Doris" design. Work to date comprises erected frames, wheels and cylinders with all valve gear fitted, axle pump, lubricator and smokebox saddle. Gunmetal cylinders with slide valves actuated by Walschaert's gear, screw reverser.

Nicely made, it turns over smoothly without tight spots.
