3 1/2 inch gauge LMS "Coronation" No.46229 "Duchess of Hamilton"

A 3 1/2 inch gauge LMS "Coronation", originally outshopped in 1938 as No.6229 "Duchess of Hamilton" in grey livery, it was renumbered 46229 at nationalisation. At the same time 27 of the 38 Duchesses were painted in a blue livery, which lasted until 1955, following which all were repainted into British Railways locomotive green.

A commercially built locomotive - supplied new by Silver Crest Models in 2020, it remains in unsteamed condition.
