The boiler was tested by the owner's club in August this year with new certification issued, the steam test expiring October 2026, hydraulic test August 2029. However, tested on arrival we noted a leak on one tube at the smokebox tubeplate, which will require repair. The engine still runs well on air, with some wear apparent.

A well built 3 1/2 inch gauge Stanier Mogul to LBSC's popular "Princess Marina" design.
On test the engine steamed freely and ran well. The paintwork is in presentable condition, with some wear-related marks.
