3 1/2 inch gauge LNER V4 2-6-2

A 3 1/2 inch gauge LNER V4 2-6-2, one of a pair built by Paul Pavier of Pavier Steam (we sold the other one back in 2015). Boiler sound and the engine runs, although in need of some work including straightening a valve rod - cosmetic more than functional given the way the engine runs - and attention to the guide bar mounting.

Silver soldered copper boiler, 80psi working pressure, feed by injector and axle pumpe with auxiliary hand pump in the tender. Slide valves actuated by Walschaert's gear, screw reverser in the cab. Mechanical lubricator.

I didn't ask Paul when he was here, but assume the works plate "Pavier Steam 1960" refers to the origination date of builder rather than the engine (although both appear, prima facie, to be in fine condition for their age).
