In grubby condition, it has a broken wheel - we have the missing bit, although would recommend turning up a new one from a casting rather than reaching for a tube of Araldite...
On the plus side the boiler has had a hydraulic test, with new certification issued; the chassis rolls freely although doesn't currently run on air.
