3 inch scale Suffolk Dredging tractor

A 3 inch scale Suffolk Dredging tractor, to John Haining's rather quirky design. I've had a couple in before and have been taken by how well the twin cylinder engine goes (indeed, the last part-built one that came through now runs round our local club track, converted to a 7 1/4 inch gauge vertical boilered locomotive). There's a load of detail about what the design is and how it works in the archive here, if you go and have a look there it will save me rehashing it all here.

This one has recently come in as a part exchange for a 4 inch scale Foster, it was in use last season. Boiler was tested earlier in the week, it has a new certificate valid until the end of July 2012.
