3/4 inch scale Mercer Showmans engine with living van

A 3/4 inch scale Type 2 spirit-fired Showmans engine by D.R.Mercer, complete with living van - as with most models of this size, it doesn't appear to have done a great deal of work, although paintwork on the canopy has deteriorated, apparently from poor storage.

Spirit fired boiler, two wick burner. Single cylinder with slide valve actuated by Stephenson's gear, pole reverser. Displacement lubricator.
