45mm gauge Aster "Lion" 0-6-0

A 45mm gauge Liverpool & Manchester "Lion" by Aster Hobbies, factory-built and apparently unsteamed.

Present in the livery of "Thunderbolt", star of the 1953 film "The Titfield Thunderbolt", the first Ealing comedy produced in colour.

We've run it on air in the workshop, it goes well in both directions.

Complete with plastic carrying case.
