A 45mm gauge LMS 4F to the well-regarded "Project" design.
The boiler proved sound on hydraulic test in the morning and steam was raised quickly later in the day; however, the steam goes straight up the chimney without any sign of life from the chassis, and the safety valve refused to blow off, which brought play to an early close.
Work to date looks competent, but something of a fixer-upper.
