5 inch gauge bogie braked driving truck

A home made 5 inch gauge bogie driving truck with removeable wooden box seat - the steel chassis beneath could easily be reconfigured for raised level running if required.

We're giving this one the benefit of the doubt by describing it as "braked". Whilst that was, no doubt, what was in the designer's mind, the application of a single friction pad to the centre of one axle of one bogie is not something we'd want to rely on in an emergency!
