5 inch gauge well wagon

A 5 inch gauge well wagon, complete with a dummy box load which doubles up as a seat for ground level running.

Not sure that this has been used since it was built - the wheels appear to be new, the finish as-turned. Brakes ineffective, they require adjustment.
