5 inch gauge braked ride-on brake van

A 5 inch gauge braked brake van, fitted with footboards for use as a sit-astride driving truck for ground level running. Part of a large collection of material we bought recently from an aborted garden railway project - whilst liberally coated in light surface rust from poor storage, we're not sure this has ever actually been on a piece of rail, mechanically it appears as-new.
