5 inch gauge driving truck

A 5 inch gauge ground driving truck, built as a planked wagon and fitted with water tank and upholstered driver's seat with footboards.

Not a design we've seen before, although it looks like it could have been commercially produced. Suspension is by individual leading and trailing arms which are missing their four coil springs.

Timber and steel chassis with fibreglass superstructure - it runs very freely on commercial roller bearings.
