5 inch narrow gauge Baldwin diesel shunter

A Maxitrak narrow gauge Baldwin battery-electric, its expensively-applied, fully weathered appearance belying the small amount of use the locomotive has had from new.

Powered by eights 60W 12 volt motors, arranged two per axle, with 4QD DNO-10 motor controller and 4QD RBT 24v handset.

Steel bogies, chassis and bodywork make for a robust locomotive - it is easily separated into component parts making handling and transport of this powerful locomotive an easy one man job.

Fitted with working lights, plus optional smoke generator and Mtroniks Digisound 5M sound card with speaker.

Fitted with a pair of brand new batteries, complete with original manufacturer's documentation and packing crate.
