5 inch gauge kit-build LMS Jubilee

This one has come to us from a long-time friend and customer, a man who has built many fine locomotives (usually in an unfeasibly short period of time, we had his Terrier years ago which was built in months rather than years, same story with a Scamp from the same stable).
