5 inch gauge LMS Duchess

A well-advanced 5 inch gauge LMS Duchess, with commercial CE-marked boiler supplied new in 2017.

This one has come to us from a long time customer, downsizing his projects more closely to match the years he perceives left to him in the workshop (were that we all so realistic...)

Bought part-built, work has proceeded on the engine over several years, amongst several other projects (several of which, as finished engines, have appeared on these pages in the past).

The chassis doesn't currently turn over, there is slight movement at the wheels although no more.

Complete with a quantity of loose parts and a set of drawings.
