5 inch gauge LMS "Royal Scot" 4-6-0 with commercial boiler

A well-advanced 5 inch gauge LMS "Royal Scot" comprising air-running chassis, a beautifully made CE-marked copper boiler by the estimable Paul Tompkins of Southern Boiler Works and a largely complete tender.

There is a box of loose parts including machined and unmachined castings, rolled tube for smokebox and some cab platework.

There are a set of etched locomotive and tender plates, including name and number plates for 46145 "The Duke of Wellington's Regiment", an engine built in 1927, originally "Condor" before being rebuilt in 1944.
