5 inch gauge "Rail Motor" parts, boiler

An early stage 5 inch gauge "Rail Motor", being built to Don Young's popular design - there are pictures in the archive here if you need to remind yourself of what it looks like.

Work to date comprises a set of erected frame complete with stretchers, buffer beams and buffers; reverser stand with reach rod and weighshaft; set of machined driving wheels; set of gunmetal cylinder assemblies machined and fitted to the frames, and a copper boiler. Includes an unmachined dome casting and piece of brass tube which looks intended for the smokebox.
