5 inch gauge raised level driving truck

A 5 inch gauge driving truck for raised level running, apparently new and unused. From the style and standard of construction we'd say it's commercially built, but not a design we recognize, incorporating some ingenious ideas including 3D printed leading/trailing arm suspension with roller bearings and compensated disc brakes operating on both axles.

Wheelsets are altogether more traditional technology, with cast iron wheels on steel axles.
