5 inch gauge "Warship" battery electric

A 5 inch gauge BR Class 42 "Warship", in the early stages of assembly from a Maxitrak kit.

Driven by a pair of 120 watt Parvalux motors with toothed belt drive to each bogie, the chassis has been assembled to a rolling stage.

Complete with loose parts shown, including 4QD controller.

We've sold several of these over the years. An iconic - instantly recognisable - design, there are some pictures of a particularly nice one in the archive which featured one of the best sound systems we've ever heard!
