5 inch petrol mechanical shunter

A scratch-built 5 inch gauge petrol-mechanical shunter with centrifugal clutch. Drive is by bevel gear and chain drive, direction controlled by sliding the forward and reverse bevel gears respectively in and out of engagement.

The engine is free to turn over although currently devoid of a spark, the fuel tap is seized.
