7 1/4 inch gauge 2-6-2 tender locomotive for completion

A large, colonial style 2-6-2 tank locomotive, with the chassis of a tender. The engine is complete and has obviously been steamed in the past, although never painted. Boiler is welded steel with expanded tubes, the substantial cast iron cylinders have slide valves actuated by Waschaert's gear with a pole reverser in the cab.

Standard of work is above average, fit and finish of the valve gear and motion good.
