7 1/4 inch gauge Class 20 battery electric

A 7 1/4 inch gauge Class 20 battery-electric locomotive; it's come to us as part of a large collection of steam, battery-electric and petrol-hydraulic locomotives, in good condition having apparently had little use.

Powered by a pair of 12 volt batteries, with 24 volt Mtroniks DC1250-24 controller driving four motors - two per bogie - with the usual remote handset.

The locomotive is fitted with an Mtroniks Digisound 602 sound card.
