7 1/4 inch gauge "Feldbahn" 0-4-0ST works number 1322

Recently arrived in part exchange for a "Big "Stafford", this is a Feldbahn 0-4-0, works number 1322 delivered new in February 2013.

Welded steel boiler with expanded tubes, 120psi working pressure, feed by twin injectors. Cast iron cylinders with slide valves actuated by Walschart's gear, pole reverser in cab. Mechanical lubricator, mechanically-operated drain cocks.

There is a small full-size whistle mounted on the cab which sounds lovely - there's a clip of the engine running outside the workshop here.

Supplied with 12 months warranty, new boiler certificate and starter kit of firing irons, oil, water treatment and coal - exactly the same as with a new engine.
