7 1/4 inch gauge Lynton & Barnstaple Baldwin "Lyn"

A part-built 7 1/4 inch gauge Baldwin 2-4-2T based on the "Lynton & Barnstaple locomotive "Lyn". Built from a kit thus far, the build stopped with the demise of the company supplying the parts, leaving what you see here - much of a chassis with cylinders and some valve gear, cab, smokebox assembly and domes, but no tanks, boiler or fittings.

Not quite sure how the designer intended it to work, but the locomotive was originally described as being configurable for 5, 7 1/4, 7 1/2 and 10 1/4 inch gauge. This one at the moment comes out at somewhat over 7 1/4 - I suspect because the axles have the 7 1/2 inch gauge spacers in at the moment which will need skimming down.
