7 1/4 inch gauge Phoenix driving truck

A commercially-produced 7 1/4 inch gauge driving truck by Phoenix Locos, fitted with hand-operated disc brake.

Previous owner has fitted vacuum braking equipment, comprising twin electric pumps with pressure switch, reservoir, gauge and valve to provide braking for the train.

Robustly constructed with 6mm steel chassis and 3mm superstructure, wheelsets run on sealed self-aligning roller bearings.
